His entrepreneurial spirit led him to partner with Harcourts Prime Properties in Monarch Beach, where he currently leads a team of fifty agents, covering a broad expanse from Santa Barbara to the Mexico border and extending to the Palm Springs region.

Chad's leadership is distinguished by his emphasis on exceptional service and cultivating strong client relationships, which he believes are the cornerstones of success in real estate. In his ventures, Chad co-founded the Green Group with Justin Green and Bill Pasqualino. This elite team is renowned for its sustained performance in the top 1% of agents nationwide. In 2022, he ventured into Columbia, South Carolina, founding Harcourts Carolinas, recognizing and capitalizing on the potential of this rapidly emerging market.

In his personal life, he enjoys quality time with his wife, Laura, and their children, Peyton and Hudson, in the community-oriented environment of Rancho Mission Viejo. An avid marathon runner, Chad is working on a book that chronicles his experiences in marathons across the globe to complete all six World Marathon Majors.
